For a third DUI conviction, you face penalties including 90 days to one year in jail, 120 days of electronic home monitoring, fines of $1970 up to $5,000, a 3-year license suspension, the installation and use of an ignition interlock device, and alcohol or drug education program. For those with a blood alcohol concentration of .15 or above, jail time may be from 120 days to a year, electronic home monitoring may be 150 mandatory days, fines will start at $2820 up to $5,000, and a 4-year license suspension will be imposed.
